Founded in 2015, Platinum Premier Properties is a custom home construction and renovation contracting company. Kevin Clasbey, president, and Charles Coates, vice-president, are hands-on and personally run every project from start to finish.

Kevin is a Virginia native and a 30-year resident of Chesterfield County. He has run a successful multistate distribution business serving commercial builders over 25 years  before diversifying into residential construction.

Charles, a lifetime Chesterfield County resident and a second-generation residential builder, has done new home and renovation construction for 25 years. Learning from his father, a respected builder in the greater Richmond area for 45 years, Charles has developed a passion for building homes.

With the combined talents of Kevin and Charles, they have completed projects in Richmond, Midlothian, Chester, and Chesterfield, and look forward to many more.
